Isoude items purchased online may be exchanged for a full refund within fourteen days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. Isoude will not accept merchandize that has been worn, used, altered or damaged for a return or an exchange.
Made to Order and Trunk Show Items
Made to Order pieces may be returned for store or online store credit only. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of product for a return authorization number contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 401.619.5775 . Please note that we advise working with a local tailor as even small adjustments on garments make a huge difference and that the majority of clothing that we sell, we tailor for a perfect fit. We make the clothing with ample seam allowance and fabric so that it may be tailored. Call us for questions and we can even skype for a virtual fitting.
Sale items and Custom Orders
Sale priced merchandise and custom orders are final sale, and no exceptions will be made.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. When returning, please include product with its original contents.
Isoude online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at wholeale distributors. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
